This Is What We Need From You for the Configuration

To set up SSO for TimeTac account, you need an Okta account with one of the following permissions/roles: global administrator, cloud application administrator, application administrator, or owner-of-the-service principal.

  1. Perform the SSO configuration in your Okta account.

  2. Log in to your TimeTac account.

  3. Click "Settings" in the menu and select "Account settings".

  4. Navigate to "SSO Configuration" and start configuring TimeTac as SSO service provider: fill in the service provider details.

  5. After you complete the configuration, SSO is enabled as the login method for your TimeTac account.

  6. Test the SSO login by logging out with your TimeTac User and logging in again using SSO.
